J. Alejandro Rosado Jr., CEO of 12:34 MicroTechnologies, Inc., is a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist with over 25 years of information technology experience. Before starting 12:34 MicroTechnologies in 1998, Alejandro worked for another local consulting firm and began to notice that the information technology needs of small to mid-sized companies was a very underserved market. His goal with 12:34 was to provide large company expertise to small businesses that do not have their own information technology department.
A Lancaster Native, Alejandro is a graduate of J. P. McCaskey High School and was recently honored with the 2011 Distinguished Alumni Award. The Central Penn Business Journal has honored Alejandro with being part of the Forty Under 40, Class of 2011. It is awarded to business leaders under the age of 40 for their commitment to business growth, professional excellence and to the community. He is a founding member of the Circle of Red, a supporting group for the Go Red for Women movement that drives financial leadership to the American Heart Association. Starting in 2012, Alejandro began serving a 3-year term on the Board of Directors for the Lancaster Chamber of Commerce and Industry. He also serves as President on the Board of Directors for the Clare House, which serves homeless women and children by providing a temporary home in a caring environment, life skills programs and aftercare support leading to self-sufficiency.
In his free time besides spending every minute with his son Xavier, he is stage manager for Opera Lancaster, and plays the saxophone in the Lititz Community Band.
Susanne H. Dombrowski, CFO of 12:34 MicroTechnologies, is a Certified Public Accountant in practice in Lancaster County for over 21 years. She is a summa cum laude graduate of Lebanon Valley College earning a BS in Accounting and Business Administration. Her role at 12:34 is to develop and implement financial and administrative systems that will drive the growth and profitability of the company. As a trusted advisor to Alejandro and the technical team, she makes sure that we maintain superior levels of customer service and satisfaction.
Passionate about her work, Susanne still finds time to volunteer in our local community, currently serving on the Board of Trustees for Lebanon Valley College and the Board of Directors for Clare House. Susanne is also a founding member and chair of the Circle of Red, a leadership giving initiative of the American Heart Association’s Go Red movement. Her greatest (and most important) challenge in life is being "Mom" to her three fabulous children; Kasia, Dan, and Eva. Whenever possible (but usually not often enough), she enjoys golf, singing in the church choir, playing the guitar, reading, and relaxing in New York's beautiful Finger Lakes region.
Pam Beiler, Administrative Assistant, joined 12:34 in August 2011. She has worked for a local school district in the high school office and business office, spent 10 years as an at-home mother to daughter Drew, and son, Cullen, and most recently, has been an art studio assistant. When she’s not fielding customer phone calls at 12:34, Pam enjoys reading, knitting, working on her house with her husband, Ken, and vacationing with the family at the Outer Banks.
Shelly is a Microsoft Certified Professional, Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist and Microsoft Small Business Specialist with over 26 years of experience in the IT support field. Her expertise ranges from network and desktop system setup, management and support to web site hosting system setup, management and software application support. She has worked with a wide variety of clients from small businesses to large corporations and enjoys building solid client relationships while helping them solve their technology challenges.
Shelly is enthusiastic about technology and loves to keep learning about the latest trends in software, hardware and internet applications. When she's not sitting in front of a computer you can find her out on the golf course with friends and her husband Ron. Shelly enjoys having fun times with friends and family, watching and talking about most sports, listening to music, playing the guitar or piano, reading and is a huge dog lover.
Mike, joined the 12:34 team in August 2008. He is a graduate of Hempfield High School and the Lancaster County Career and Technology Center. Mike is a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist and has achieved his Cisco A+ Certification and AMP/Tyco Structured Cabling Certification. Being interested in the IT field since he got his first computer, he is rapidly gaining more experience and building knowledge with 12:34.
In his free time, Mike enjoys spending time with his friends and family, listening to music, and watching movies. He also enjoys playing basketball and hacky sack.
Blake Clemens is the newest member to the 12:34 team. Blake started his career 10 years ago as a Network Operations Center support engineer for the Lenfest Group. While working at his most recent job, Blake found himself in the midst of all aspects of a networking environment. Blake brings to 12:34 experience in a variety of roles including Project Management, Business Process, Team Leader, and Lead System Engineer. He is an innovative professional with excellent communication skills and the proven ability to identify, analyze and solve problems to increase customer satisfaction. He looks forward to using that expertise in having a successful career at 12:34.
Along with spending time with his family, Blake enjoys playing soccer, hunting, and trying to stay fit.
Dan received his BS in Computer Science in 2009 at Millersville University of Pennsylvania, and has been programming since the early 2000’s. He is competent in many major programming languages and technologies including but not limited to; C#, VB, Windows Forms .NET, ASP.NET, XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL Server. A firm believer in the statement "you never stop learning" Dan is continuing his life of learning through 12:34.
In his free time Dan enjoys snow boarding, working on his car, and playing guitar. He also loves to spend time with friends, family, and his wife, Joelle.
Adam joined the 12:34 in February, 2011 as the second addition to 12:34's development team. Having just graduated from Millersville University in May, 2010, he has a short history in software development, but has lead and assisted in several projects involving Web development. Adam's passion is providing a great user experience with logical user interaction and minimalist design, while writing efficient and well-thought-out code. Although he does not partake in carpentry, his mantra is "measure twice, cut once."
In his spare time, Adam enjoys staying fit by going on hikes with friends or lifting weights. He also spends as much time as he can with his kitten, Eevee, and enjoys weekend trips to his former home in Bethlehem or visiting his friends in Philadelphia.
Alberto Flores,Technology Architect, is a Microsoft Certified Professional with over 25 years of information technology experience. He has worked for Value Added Resellers, IT consulting firms and manufacturing companies before joining the 12:34 team.
After starting his career as a database programmer using Paradox, Dbase and FoxPro, Alberto’s passion for networking and integrated services was born. While working in corporate environments, Alberto was exposed to the client side issues such as budgeting, cost cutting and re-purposing existing equipment which he uses to help our clients maximize their buying power.
Alberto’s passions outside of his professional life include spending time with his family, coaching soccer and golf.
Joe has 23 years of experience in Information Technology working with three major companies. He has extensive knowledge of HIPAA rules essential in the healthcare field and specializes in securing the network environment. Whether it is solving computer issues, setting up servers, or automating tasks, Joe has succeeded in getting the job done. Joe also is a Certified Support Engineer with Barracuda Networks, and using his knowledge and skills, has helped many companies deal with spam and filtering their web traffic.
Joe moved to Leola, PA, in August of 2005 from Long Island, New York. He has 4 wonderful children, Amanda, Amy, Kayla and Rachel, who keep most of his "free" time busy. Joe is a huge New York Giants fan, and likes to go back to New York as much as possible. He also loves to spend time with friends, family, and his girlfriend, Michele.
Over the past 5 years Na has gained experience as a tech specialist working for LPP providing IT support and services for over 75 users. He gained experience in networking, hardware configuration, and application support. Na always challenges himself to learn something new everyday. That’s why the technology field is a perfect work environment for him.
In his free time Na enjoys spending time with my family, golfing, soccer, and fishing.
Tina J. Thalheimer, Office Administrator at 12:34 MicroTechnologies since March of 2008 has 28 plus years in the Retail and Customer Service arena. After studying Special Education in college she worked for a food broker in Baltimore and was Assistant to the President one of the largest Food Corporations in Baltimore, MD. During this time she taught AIDS awareness to teenagers in the Baltimore area through the Episcopal Church Diocese. Wanting a change she became a salesperson for a Commercial Lighting Company.
Directions changed again in 1990 when she started her family with first her daughter, Kourtney and then son, Nick. Wanting to raise her children where she was raised she moved her family back to Lancaster in 1994.
