Fees and Procedures

Cost: $45.00 a month - up to 10 users (more options available please call)

Setup Fee: $100.00 is a one-time fee for changing mail over to hosted solution and fine tuning of your domain.


Steps to Change to 12:34 Hosted

  1. Set up your domain on the hosted Barracuda.
  2. Change your mail record to point to the Barracuda instead of your server (can take 24 hours). If you are currently using a remote connection to your server for remote access, please be aware that we will be changing the way you connect to your system. We will let you know the new way you need to connect.
  3. Make changes to your server to accept mail only from the Barracuda.
  4. Tighten up your server, to not allow outgoing mail without coming from server.
  5. Remove GFI installed and turn off intelligent message filter on your server if installed.
  6. Fine tuning.
