Private/Shared Lists

While AutoTextMe's great autotext functionality always stays the same users are given the ability to store autotexts in two locations. A private list and/or a shared list. This is a great solution for users who might want to share some autotexts but also want a set of private autotexts for themselves.

  • Private lists are always stored in an AutoTextMe list. An AutoTextMe list is simply a file that keeps track of all your autotexts. This file is stored on your computer or local network in a location of your choice.
  • Shared lists can be stored in an AutoTextMe list or on a Sharepoint list. Storing your autotexts using Sharepoint is an excellent solution for offices that wish to share autotexts throughout the company via local intranet.
