J. Alejandro Rosado, CEO of 12:34 MicroTechnologies, is a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist with over 18 years of information technology experience. He has worked for several large Fortune 500 companies before starting 12:34 MicroTechnologies in 1998.
While working in the large corporate environment, he began to notice that the information technology needs of small to mid-sized companies was a very underserved market. His goal with 12:34 was to provide large company expertise to small businesses that do not have their own information technology department.
When not working, you will find him spending time with his son Xavier!
Susanne H. Dombrowski, CFO of 12:34 MicroTechnologies, is a Certified Public Accountant in practice in Lancaster County for nearly 15 years. She is a summa cum laude graduate of Lebanon Valley College earning a BS in Accounting and Business Administration. Her role at 12:34 is to develop and implement financial and administrative systems that will drive the growth and profitability of the company. As a trusted advisor to Alejandro and the technical team, she makes sure that we maintain superior levels of customer service and satisfaction.
Passionate about her work, Susanne still finds time to volunteer in our local community, currently serving on the Board of St. Joseph's Health Ministries and promoting the "Brush, Brush, Smile" children's mobile dental clinic. Her greatest (and most important) challenge in life is being "Mom" to her three fabulous children. Whenever possible (but usually not often enough), she enjoys golf, singing in the church choir, playing the guitar, reading, and relaxing in New York's beautiful Finger Lakes region.
Joe has 18 years of experience in Information Technology working with three major companies. He has extensive knowledge of HIPAA rules essential in the healthcare field and specializes in securing the network environment. Whether it is solving computer issues, setting up servers, or automating tasks, Joe has succeeded in getting the job done. Joe also is a Certified Support Engineer with Barracuda Networks, and using his knowledge and skills, has helped many companies deal with spam and filtering their web traffic.
Joe moved to Leola, PA, in August of 2005 from Long Island, New York. He has 3 wonderful children, Amy, Kayla and Rachel, who keep most of his "free" time busy. He loves to spend time with his family and friends, watch his favorite football team,the NY Giants, and is a new fan of Nascar.
Brian is a Microsoft Certified Professional with 12 years of diverse experience. Over the course of his career, he has fulfilled the IT needs for both Fortune 500 companies and small/medium sized businesses in Central PA. This varied experience allows Brian to offer solutions that are "just right" for clients both large and small. He is often heard saying, "I love our market", because he enjoys getting to know our clients. This allows him to provide the very best in personalized service.
Recently a new father, Brian enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter. When time permits, Brian can be found at one of the local ice rinks where he is active as both an ice hockey goaltender and referee, or out in the beautiful Pennsylvania woodlands, hunting or participating in shooting sports. A true "Hi-Tech Redneck."
Tina J. Thalheimer, Office Administrator at 12:34 MicroTechnologies since March of 2008 has 20 plus years in the Retail and Customer Service arena. After studying Special Education in college she worked for a food broker in Baltimore and was Assistant to the President one of the largest Food Corporations in Baltimore, MD. During this time she taught AIDS awareness to teenagers in the Baltimore area through the Episcopal Church Diocese. Wanting a change she became a salesperson for a Commercial Lighting Company.
Directions changed again in 1990 when she started her family with first her daughter, Kourtney and then son, Nick. Wanting to raise her children where she was raised she moved her family back to Lancaster in 1994. Her children have been her greatest achievement, she also is a folk art painter and an Assistant Minister at her church, weekends find her enjoying time with family, friends, her dog Gus and cats, Blanche and Samuel Jacob.
Dan writes useful applications for 12:34, some of which can be found on our products page. He also manages and maintains our company web site as well as some of our products' web sites. He is a Junior at Millersville University majoring in Computer Science. Though he is still in college, working for 12:34 gives him the opportunity to gain more experience and knowledge that can't be obtained in a classroom. A firm believer in the statement, "You never stop learning," Dan is working through college while merging into his future work environment.
In his free time Dan enjoys snow boarding, working on his car, and playing guitar. He also loves to spend time with friends, family, and his girlfriend, Joelle.
